Mukta Singhvi, PhD-Reincarnation Research Board: India

Mukta was born in the city of Jodhpur, in Rajasthan, India. She grew up in New Delhi and received a Bachelors degree from Maharani College in Jaipur, graduating with Honors. She went on to earn a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, where Dr. H. N. Banerjee did reincarnation research. Dr. Banerjee’s cases have been featured in Dr. Ian Stevenson’s published works.

Mukta completed her PhD at Rajasthan University and was then nominated for a Rhodes Visiting Fellowship for Women for post-doctoral research at Oxford University, Oxford, U.K.

She then joined the Department of Psychology at the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur as an Assistant Professor, where she has worked for the last 22 years. She is the author of two books on psychology and has published numerous research papers.
